Who we are
High Stakes Labs ("we", "us") builds and publishes mobile apps for iGaming operators. This website, highstakeslabs.com, is operated by High Stakes Labs. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Contact form. When you submit the form we receive the details you type: name, company, work email, the stage you select and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived through a link with campaign tags, those tags (for example "card" or "qr").
Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits and clicks on the page. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We do not set tracking cookies and we do not show a cookie banner because none is needed.
Spam protection. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information about your browser to tell people from bots.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to prepare for a call with you and to understand which channels bring visitors to the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you ask us to contact you, the steps needed before entering a contract.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed to us through a transactional email provider and stored in our business mailbox. Analytics are processed by our analytics provider. Spam checks are processed by Cloudflare. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless we start working together, in which case they become part of our business records.
Confidentiality
We treat everything you tell us about your product as confidential and sign a non-disclosure agreement before discussing it in detail. We never publish client names, logos or app details.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to its processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
